Private Hour

Service Description

For those who want to take their fitness to the next level, 1-on-1 work is the answer. Utilizing all of the specialized equipment in the studio, including the Gyrotonic Expansion System® equipment, this session will be designed to address your needs and goals. Please be in touch to book your private session.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of a booking will be charged.
